ERGO is the new name for mHARP
As of January 1, 2014, ERGO is the new name for the Multi-Hazard Assessment, Response, and Planning software previously known as mHARP and MAEviz. ERGO, a Latin word meaning “therefore” or “hence,” embodies what the software does at its most basic level – it helps users understand the consequences of an event or action – and then how to plan, how to respond, how to recover. We are excited to announce the new name and will be changing the source code, web site, and wiki spaces to reflect this change.
